Rates & Policies

 

Nightly

$230/night Sunday – Thursday (non-holidays); $270/night Friday – Saturday & Holidays (Thanksgiving Wed-Sat) for up to 4 guests plus $140 cleaning fee per stay. Two night minimum rental. Wi-Fi is included. Payment due 30 days prior to arrival and can be made by check, Square or Visa/MC.

No credit card fee (typically 3%). Street & driveway are plowed in winter. No travel insurance required. Direct reservations have no booking fees.

Deposit

Security deposit is held via a credit card. Refundable deposit less any damage/cleaning charges will be finalized within 10 days of departure.

 

Cancellations

We understand that situations arise which make cancellations unavoidable.  If a cancellation is necessary after the 30 day limit, we will make every attempt to rebook your dates for you. Your rental charges minus $30 processing fee will be returned for the dates rebooked.  Only if Guest's home is located west of long term closures of both Stevens & Snoqualmie passes just prior to and during the Term and rescheduling is not possible will a partial refund be given. 

 

Check in 4:00 PM, Check out 11:00 AM or extra fee without prior approval.

No outdoor fires due to danger of wildfires. No smoking ($250 fine).

Pet Policy

We understand that that pets are special and well behaved but one of the owners has allergies so we have a no pets policy. Please check with the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce at (509) 548-5807 if you need assistance finding a location that accepts pets.
